TrackSide Bar & Grill needed a new menu that solved multiple problems without sacrificing aesthetics. One, the majority of customers only speak Spanish or English — not both. Two, the menu has a little under 80 dishes. Three, most dishes aren't well known, so they need photos to show the customer what they are ordering.
As the designer, it was important that the menu said more about TrackSide to its customers. I chose elegant typefaces to reflect that it is an adult establishment. Classic black type on white paper, which is also easier to read in the low light environment. Finally, intuitive categories with plenty of white space, so customers have an easier time finding their next favorite meal.
Overall, I designed a bilingual print menu & an online website for the menu with a QR code for easy sharing.
